He wanted Sayaka from Madoka Magicka wrapped up completely by Kaa. With her cape sticking out of the coils and the snake petting her head. This cute image resulted from it. I think she looks rather comfortable there. Nice and cozy in those squeezie coils. At least until Kaa decides its dinner time.
